Category I / normal

Moderate variability with 15x15 accelerations. The baseline your students learn to trust.

Early decelerations

Mirrors the contraction. Head compression, benign, and easy to confuse with what isn’t.

Late decelerations

Gradual decel with the nadir after the contraction peak. The pattern nobody gets to practice until it matters.

Variable decelerations

Is this a medical device?

No. CTG SIM is a training and education tool for classrooms and simulation labs. It generates simulated tracings and must not be used for clinical monitoring, diagnosis, or patient care.

What happens when my subscription ends?

Online access runs exactly as long as your subscription: cancel any time and the simulator keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then stops. Your account and settings are kept if you come back.

What’s on the USB drive?

Installers for macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel), Windows, and Linux, plus a printed quick-start card. It’s a lifetime license: the desktop app is fully offline, nothing to activate, and no account needed. Buy it once and it’s yours for good.

Does the online version work on any computer?

It runs in a modern browser on macOS, Windows, Linux, and iPad, with nothing to install. A second display or projector is all you need for the student view.
